Refund and Returns Policy

In order to bring convenience and the best experience to customers, we have appropriate policies when customers need to return products. We always want to bring our customers the best products and service.

The return of products comes with some specific conditions, please refer to the details below:

Please contact us to make arrangements for refund, exchange or credit on all return merchandise. If an item is returned to us without prior arrangements, we reserve the right to decline your refund, exchange or credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to withhold our original shipping cost from the refund, even if the order qualified for free shipping.

If your item did not arrive in perfect condition or if we sent you the wrong item, you will be eligible for replacement or refund. If you opt for replacement, we will immediately send out your replacement item along with a postage paid return shipping label for the defective/wrong item. If you decide to receive a refund, we will email you a postage paid return shipping label, and a refund will be immediately upon receipt.

1. Product exchange conditions:

  • Products do not match in color, design, size according to the order.
  • Manufacturer’s technical defect.
  • Returned products must be new, intact, not torn or cracked, show no signs of being washed and used.
  • Products must have full stamps, labels, warranty cards and purchase invoices.
  • The exchanged product is still within the allowable return period.

2. Product exchange period:

  • Product exchange period: 10 days from the date the customer receives the items.
  • Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. All claims must be filed within 7 days of receipt. If an issue/problem has occurred because of a mistake on our end, we will take care of it immediately.
  • If the above time is exceeded, we will not accept exchange / return products for any reason.

3. Fee refund form:

  • Buyers are kindly requested to provide accurate shipping addresses. We are not responsible for any discrepancies in the shipping address provided, which may result in the product not being delivered to the correct address.
  • If the customer wants to exchange for another product with a higher price than the exchanged product, the customer must make up for it and if it is lower, the difference will not be refunded.
  • We will bear 100% of the shipping fee if the product is defective/damaged by the manufacturer or during transportation.
  • Note: We encourage customers to take photos of the product before exchanging goods, keeping the product will help customers as evidence if there are problems during the return process.
  • Please note: Items returned more than two weeks after receipt of the package and for reasons other than damage, defect or errors may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If an item is returned that has been used, no refund or credit will be issued. Special orders and sale items may not be returned unless defective or damaged during shipping.
